The physical masterplan for the regeneration of Fatima Mansions include the following key elements:

In addition to these measures, local residents were provided with the opportunity to purchase their new homes at a special Super Affordable rate. A special dispensation was also put in place for residents who chose to purchase their dwellings under the National Tenant Purchase Scheme.
